- Open a web browser and visit outlook online
- Click the cog (top right)
- Click "View all Outlook settings"
- Click Mail
- Click Compose and reply
- Copy the signature as shown above
- Press Ctrl-v to paste in the signature into the signature field
- DO NOT change the signature after you have copied it as it will adversely affect the layout
- Tick on "Automatically include my signature on new messages that I compose" if that is your preference
- Tick on "Automatically include my signature on messages I forward or reply to" if that is your preference
- Under "Message format" click the drop down for fonts and choose Tahoma with a size of 10pt
- Click Save

- Open Microsoft Outlook
- Click File
- Click Options
- Click Mail
- Click Stationary and Fonts.. button
- Click "Email Signature" tab
- Delete your old signature
- Click New, and give it any name you like eg MBHS
- Under "Edit signature" click the drop down for fonts and choose Tahoma with a size of 10pt
- Copy the signature as shown above
- Click in the Edit signature text box and press Ctrl-v
- DO NOT change the signature after you have copied it as it will adversely affect the layout
- Click the Drop down for New messages and replies/forwards and select your signature if that is your preference
- Click OK
- Click the Personal Stationary tab
- There is a font button for "New mail messages", "Replying or forwarding.." and "Composing and reading.."
- Click each font button and change the Font to Tahoma with a size of 10pt. Ignore "Asian text font" and click OK
- Click OK, two times
